Been there, done that in both feet at the...OUCH!!! Been there, done that in both feet at the same time. It was truly awful. What ultimately helped me was staying off the dogs for several weeks. Which is what caused me to gain about 10 pounds this summer. Sigh. A friend of mine has chronic plantar fascitis and swears by the Walk Fit insoles... http://www.walkfit.com/ I think you can get them at Target or drug stores.
